What is treatment by manual therapy all about?
The therapy starts with a meticulous patient’s history and examination. Depending on the nature of the problem, weather it is related to nerve, joint, muscle or ligament, the therapist applies appropriate method of treatment:

Manipulation (fast technique designed mainly to set the joints in motion. Frequently accompanied by an audible clicking or popping sound coming from the joint)
Massage (has effect on soft tissues such as skin, muscles, fasciae, nerves, ligaments, sinews, periosteum, internal organs)
Neuromobilization (techniques designed to restore proper nerve mobility)
